Research has shown that the 3 main Elements contributing to a weight problem are:

Therefore the 3 Element Health Plan includes the following:
1. Healthy Eating Plan
2. Physical Activity Plan
3. Goal Plan

1. Healthy Eating Plan
The Healthy Eating Plan is designed to help you to get accustomed to eating nutritious and wholesome foods whilst reducing fats, sugars and starches. The plan will teach you how to shift your main food intake into the earlier part of the day with that reducing the amount of foods consumed late in the day. All main meals will be kick- started with a light `pre dish` designed to signal an earlier message of satiety to the brain before eating the main meal. The Healthy Eating Plan is not a diet plan. There will be no forbidden foods.

2. The Physical Activity Plan
The Physical Activity Plan will allow anyone to become physical active and burn some calories. You will not need to join a gym, you will not need any special equipment, and the exercise will be simple to follow. All YOU need to do is commit and enjoy. The exercises will be designed to help you reduce body fat whilst increasing circulation and strengthening your body throughout. You will find every session consists of a combination of cardio vascular exercises and strength and stretch exercises.

The Goal Plan is perhaps the most integral part of the whole 3 Element Health Plan. Every Weight Loss goal is usually connected to a personal goal, whatever this might be. The Goal Plan will help you to design a strategy, a route map, which will enable you to take small steps each day towards your personal goal. It will be your daily reference and you can use it as a motivational and inspirational tool to keep yourself on track every single day.
